General Terms

hey baji is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino, and various other gaming services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hey baji and the platform user ("Member").

By accessing hey baji's website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, or by completing registration, a person is considered to have read every clause of these Terms and agreed to comply with them in full. If you object to any condition, you are requested not to use the site.

hey baji reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an amendment takes effect will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on hey baji, accurate and complete information must be provided. A person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts may be cancelled and balances forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and identity document details provided at registration must be completely truthful. hey baji may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. If an account is registered using false information, it will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will not be returned.

2.3 Password Security

It is the Member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If there is any concern about unauthorised access to an account, the hey baji support team must be notified immediately.

The Member bears full responsibility for all activity carried out on their account. hey baji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use if the Member fails to report it in time.

Age Limit and Eligibility

All hey baji services are for persons aged 21 or older only. By registering, a Member confirms that they are at least 21 years of age. Registration by a minor is illegal and punishable by law, and any such account found will be closed immediately.

hey baji is committed to responsible gaming. Compliance with the Responsible Gaming Guidelines applies to all Members. Members may request a deposit limit or a temporary account suspension for their own protection.

Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

Deposits on hey baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes. If any deposit is delayed, please notify the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — for example, to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank.

4.3 Verification Requirements

For large withdrawal amounts, account verification (KYC) may be mandatory. A copy of a national identity card or passport may need to be submitted for verification. This process is to ensure the security of the Member's funds.

Transferring funds to or receiving funds from a third party's account is strictly prohibited. Only a payment method registered in the user's own name may be used.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hey baji's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000 — and 25 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳25,000, must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Wagering

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus balance may only be used separately until the specified wagering requirement has been met. If a withdrawal request is made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, that bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 Other Promotions

hey baji regularly offers promotions including weekly deposit festivals, slot bonus offers, and cricket celebration offers. Each offer has its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit, and validity period. Multiple bonuses on a single deposit may not be combined unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games operated on the hey baji platform are governed by the rules of their respective third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe). If a technical error occurs in any game, the result of that round may be declared void and bets will be returned.

6.2 Betting Rules

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or the minimum number of overs is not completed, that bet will be declared void and the stake will be returned. If there is any ambiguity in the result of a sports event, hey baji's decision will be final.

6.3 Maximum Win

hey baji reserves the right to set a maximum payable amount from a single bet or game session. Members will be informed in advance where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hey baji platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing strategic or risk-free bets for the purpose of obtaining a bonus (bonus arbitrage).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other Members to influence the outcome of a game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other Members.

If any of the above activities are detected, hey baji may permanently close the account and forfeit all balances without notice.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by hey baji

hey baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in cases of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or pending completion of verification. Deposited funds may be held during the suspension period.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any Member may close their account at any time. It is important to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account. To reopen a closed account, the Member must contact the support team.

Privacy of Personal Information

hey baji follows the highest standards of care in collecting, storing, and using Members' personal information. For details on how your information is processed, please read our Privacy Policy. Personal information is never sold to third parties.

SSL encryption and other technical security measures are used to ensure the security of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

hey baji will not bear any liability in the following situations:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical error.
• If loss occurs due to an error in a third-party game provider's software.
• If unauthorised access to an account occurs because the Member disclosed their own login details.
• If information is stolen due to a virus or malware on the Member's device.
• If the service is disrupted due to government restrictions, natural disaster, or circumstances beyond our control.

Gaming is an entertainment activity and carries financial risk. Members should remain mindful not to bet beyond their means.

Changes to Terms

hey baji reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a platform notification.

Continuing to use the site after a change has been made will be treated as acceptance of the new terms. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page.
